Immigration, Refugee and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 374 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) of 741 to apply for permanent residence. This score is lower than the PNP draw that was held on January 6 where the minimum score was 813.

Express Entry is a program IRCC uses to select skilled workers who want to apply for permanent residence. Candidates are assessed based on age, education, work experience, and language skills (English or French). Candidates with the highest CRS score are invited to submit an application to IRCC for permanent residence.

Provinces select candidates, from the Express Entry pool, who can help address their labor market needs. If Candidates receive a provincial nomination invitation, they are eligible to receive an additional 600 points which automatically qualifies them to apply for permanent residence.
